Weigh-In Wedn....Thursday
I gained again. This isn't going well. I resigned myself to the fact I probably won't lose much between now and November, and bought some cute clothes at CJ Banks for vacation...and it was all on sale! I got three skirts, five tops, and two pairs of capris for $130. No kidding!
I'm on row 31 of the shawl border...over halfway done! Pictures won't be forthcoming until it's done and off the needles, unless you want photos posted of a green blob.

you should try Alli. follow the directions closely and be very careful measuring your fat intake.
i have had no problems whatsoever and have lost 22 pounds in 3 months.
