Finished!!!
Finally finished! Here is my proud hubby modeling his brand spankin' new sweater. He said, and I agree, that the collar is a bit too big, but he couldn't pay me to frog and redo it, so it stays the way it is. Next one will be better, I say.

Nice job with the sweater! I tried to take up knitting years ago, but never followed through.
you have a lucky hubby! I barely have enough patience to knit a sweater for my teeny petite self, never mind my 6'4" behemoth of a boyfriend!

Really, really nice Lori--and you've inspired me. My husband's sweater has nearly hit the one-year mark--I finished the knitting on Sunday but it's been sitting in pieces on the dining room table since then. Thanks to you Lori, onward to the seams and buttonbands!
